The New Environment of Kenya
Direct from the constitution: "The state shall encourage public participation in the management, protection of the environment."
My opinion:I do not think they will actually encourage people. This is because they are not trusted well to do so themselves.
They also say that as a punishment they will take the victim of violation to court...

The new Kenyan Constitution...
From 1963, the year of independence the Kenyan government had a constitution that they have used for years. Now, suddenly they are making a new one because they wanted a difference, they wanted a change. The new constitution has almost the same features or topics as the old one.
