The New Environment of Kenya

Direct from the constitution: "The state shall encourage public participation in the management, protection of the environment."

My opinion:I do not think they will actually encourage people. This is because they are not trusted well to do so themselves.

They also say that as a punishment they will take the victim of violation to court...
